David, Happy holidays to you! I'm with you on your thoughts... especially when it comes to businesses considering using Wave as a tool for collaboration. I've noticed a couple times when I go to add a participant to a Wave how easy it would be to bump the mouse and click someone that's not intended to be added to the conversation. I have the similar question of, "What if this Wave needs to be confidential?" Hopefully, the new year will bring some of these features to Wave!

Nice post and nice update ref the @doctorwave Twitter feed. I really hope they sort out both of these problems soon. For business the idea that somebody can invite (perhaps by mistake) somebody into what may be a sensitive business conversation that you can not remove is...well, concerning. So much so, I think 99% of business folks would not use the product because of that.
Not being able to delete a Wave is also...concerning. I don't like the idea that it all lives forever. Again, this has major business impact. I may not want to keep certain conversations. Not because of anything criminal but because circumstances have changed and I must change, so what I said or promised last week is no longer valid and I don't want somebody to be able to track down a paper trail.
Anyways, hopefully these functions will be available soon.
